Data Collection & Usage

Northbrook Creative, located in London, UK, collects data necessary for delivering premium B2B Video Production services. This includes personal identifiers (names, emails), corporate details, and technical metadata. We process this data under the legal basis of Contractual Necessity and Legitimate Interest to facilitate production workflows and maintain client communication.

User Rights (GDPR/UK DPA)

Intellectual Property

All "Work Product" created by Northbrook Creative remains the property of Northbrook until final payment is received. Upon full settlement of invoices, the client is granted an exclusive, perpetual license for the intended distribution channels. Raw footage, project files (Premiere/After Effects), and proprietary editing techniques remain the sole Intellectual Property of Northbrook Creative unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Service Delivery & Revisions

B2B Video Production timelines are estimates based on initial briefs. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may result in rescheduled production dates. Each project includes two (2) rounds of creative revisions. Subsequent revisions are billed at our standard hourly creative rate.

Eligibility & Deposits

Due to the resource-intensive nature of high-end video production, all project deposits (typically 50%) are **non-refundable** once production prep or filming has commenced. This covers crew booking, equipment rental, and creative development time.
